In the basque country there are three cheese certificates of origin and the ossau-iraty is one of them. These agour cheeses of long tradition, are made with pasteurized sheep milk.
Undisputed winner in the world cheese awards in 2006 and 2011.
2nd position in the `champion of the champions’ celebrated in san sebastian in 2016.
