Color: cherry, mid-depth color. Clean and very bright.

Aroma: spectacular aroma of blue and white flowers. Reineta apple and lacquered and spicy dashes.

Mouth: sweet, with a bit of acidity, mediterranean herbs.

Serving temperature: 16ºc

Pairing: appetizers, fish in sauce, white or red meat.
