The ibarra guindilla is a type of pepper renowned because of its tender meat, fine skin and a flavor so exquisite that it is also known as the ibarra shrimp.
The mixture of the three products, combining the fresh green, salty and piquant touch was first done in casa valles, in san sebastian, 60 years ago. The film gilda, starred by rita hayworth, evoked the three flavors and gave name to this famous pintxo.
Ingredients: ibarra guindilla, anchovy fillet, manzanilla olive, vegetable oil and preservative (sodium metabisulfite).
