Espelette Peppers Jelly


Perfect to pair with sweet or salted dishes. In the french basque region it’s often served alongside cheese.

Its texture is similar to jam, a sweet pepper flavor finishing off with a pungent aroma.
A gourmet jelly with lots of character.

Ingredients: water, sugar, vinegar, pectin and espelette pepper pure.
It can be kept at room temperature.
